HOW OUR PIZZA IS BORN

The goodness of our products is based on the accurate choice and selection of high quality ingredients.
We offer each day a genuine product, fruit of the combination of the best ingredients, dosed in a thoughtful way to return to the simple and typical flavours.
Handicraft rules every phase of the production beginning from the preparation of the dough and ending with the packaging, passing through a careful process of leavening, manually stretching and topping, baking and conservation by the process of deep freezing or refrigeration.

THE NEW PRODUCTION SITE IN DEBRECEN

From October the new factory starts its operation in Debrecen, Hungary. A brand new, state of the art production facility over 2000 square-meters, which was studied and built according to the actual European food hygiene and security legislation and born from the union of partners who possess a large experience of production and commercial management.

LEAVENING

The leavening implies a patient expectation of 24 hours, whilst the pizza has all its time to develop a unique taste, a great smell and a soft structure.
A difference experienced at first bite: the scented crust, the tasty toppings, the intense and pure taste, the light structure, the increased digestibility and the extended freshness.

STRETCHING, SHAPING AND TOPPING

Shaping and topping are strictly hand-made only using the highest quality ingredients.
The manual production, as the ham is divided into pieces by hand and the irregular, imperfect and unique spread of the tomato sauce with a spoon, allows us to taste a handcrafted product, retrieving memories from the best pizzerias.
